Beginning in the construction trade 30 years ago, Martha quickly gravitated to residential construction and cabinetwork, training and practicing in the Boston area. Working in diverse environments such as Nicaragua on school and housing projects to New York City on theatre scenery to Germany on cabinetwork and custom furniture, Martha has acquired a unique set of finely honed skills and sensibility to adapt these skills to varied projects.
Through differing environments and projects, her pursuit of form with function, design and craft remains constant.
